Race cars need to be loud and in your face and this new Golf 8 GTC title defender is exactly that and more.

370kW 600Nm is squeezed from the EA888 motor shared with the road car. The only difference being some tricked out con rods and pistons (and some other trickery likely) and that it’s been turned 90 degrees sending the power to the rear. The stoppers are 6 pot 380 mm discs on the front and 340 mm discs on the back. That’s enough stopping power to take chunks of tar with you into the corner.
